1. Cookies on nelohq.com

None. nelohq.com, including our forms, private preview pages and the page where your files open, sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We run no analytics and no ad tracking. Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact Google or anyone else.

That's why there is no cookie banner.

2. Paying through Stripe

When you pay, you go to a checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies there, for example to prevent fraud and to keep your checkout working. Those cookies are Stripe's, not ours. See Stripe's cookie policy at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.

3. Links to other sites

Some pages link to other sites, like Meta's Ads Manager. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies.

4. If this changes

If we ever add analytics, it will be cookieless: nothing stored on your device, nothing that follows you to other sites. We'll update this page before it runs. If we ever need a cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we'll ask you first.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking Stripe's cookies may stop checkout from working.
